San Diego, CA – Glorified Records, a new record label based out of San Diego, California and Las Vegas, Nevada, is announcing the release of Acoustic San Diego, a compilation of acoustic music featuring 19 San Diego artists. Acoustic San Diego will be available in local San Diego music stores and coffee houses and online through www.glorifiedrecords.com on April 24, 2007. Co-Founder Beau Gray made the announcement.
The compilation is a well-balanced mix of upcoming San Diego artists and seasoned veterans. Many different acoustic styles are represented as well. The following 19 artists are featured on Acoustic San Diego:
AARON BOWEN, ANNIE BETHANCOURT, CHRISTOPHER DALE, FIFFIN MARKET, FREE AIR, THE GOOSES, GREGORY PAGE, J TURTLE, JOSH DAMIGO, KIM DIVINE, KYLE PHELAN, LENNY AVENUE, LINDSEY YUNG, MATTHEW BLAKE, MELODY PROUT, MICHAEL TIERNAN, NATHAN WELDEN, PAIGE AUFHAMMER, & TIM MUDD
Glorified Records will be hosting four shows in San Diego County to kickoff the debut of their first official release Acoustic San Diego. The four shows will be held on April 19-21 at Lestats Coffee House, Cosmos Coffee Café, and Across the Street (the new location “across the street” from Twiggs), and April 28 at E Street Cafe. Each night will feature artists from the compilation and attendees will be able to purchase the album at a special price of $5. Here are the details of the four shows:
